For women in Malaysia looking for their first job after graduating, salary and bonuses come first, and career development comes second while the opposite is true for men in Malaysia, reports the Malay Mail, citing survey data from graduate recruitment firm Talentbank. The survey showed that both salary and career development are part of the five factors undergraduates looked for in their first job, in addition to learning and development opportunities, flexible working hours as well as company culture.
