Organised by Talentbank, award-winning recruitment, market research, education, and employer branding company, the GCA is Malaysia’s Most Authoritative Graduate Employer Branding Award, with 100% of the results determined by the votes of university students nationwide.

The GCA results were the culmination of votes obtained from university students over a 12 month period, from Sept 1, last year until Aug 31, 2020.

Of those who cast their votes, 52% were female undergraduates while the remaining 48% were male voters.

To ensure its legitimacy, the GCA results were reviewed by an audit board made up of career services practitioners from diverse universities.

“Besides recognising the commitments made by employers, the prestigious awards also act as a reference for fresh graduates to help them distinguish employers of great distinction in their respective industries when they apply for their first job after completing their studies.”

“The importance of a great employer brand image cannot be underestimated. It helps organisations to become a talent magnet and attract the right talents.”

“We also encourage organisations to get accredited as one of Asia’s Best Employer Brands, an accreditation that can open the door to exponential talents,” said Talentbank’s founder Ben Ho.

The fourth edition of GCA is now open for voting from today until June 30 next year.

All undergraduates and graduates are eligible to vote for the Best Employers in Malaysia, at www.award.com.my/vote. You also stand a chance to win prizes worth a total of RM15,000.
